摘要
概述了无溶剂复合设备的特点及国内应用情况;进而阐述了无溶剂复合工艺的特点,并介绍了无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂的性质与发展历程,列举了代表性产品。认为无溶剂复合由于低生产成本、高生产效率,以及对包装物的无污染和清洁生产等特点,将在国内将得到日益广泛的应用。
This paper features a general introduction about solvent free lamination, including the history, equipment characters, domestic owners and the process advantages. This was followed by a review about solvent free polyurethane adhesives, its properties exploration and typical Henkel Liofol products. In combination of the features like lower production cost, higher work efficiency, no solvent retention and environmental friendly, it is believed in the near future, converting by solvent free lamination will experience a prosperous development in China.
