The Analysis of 548 Cases Operative Treatment to Endometriosis

目的:探讨手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的手术方式和临床效果。方法:回顾性分析近11年来该院所进行的子宫内膜异位症手术548例,分析手术方式和治疗效果。结果:共随访425例,保守性手术后随访327例,除未婚、绝经、已生育且有避孕措施者63例外,术后妊娠92例(34.8%),术后复发36例(11.0%):半保守性手术随访28例,复发2例(7.1%),术后出现更年期综合征5例(17.9%):根治性手术随访7O例,术后出现更年期综合征36例(51.4%),无复发者。结论:手术治疗子宫内膜异位症是效果良好的方法。

Objective：To probe into the operative methods and clinical effects of curing endometriosis.Methods： To analyze the operative methods and therapeutic effect based on 548 endometriosis cases in the recent 11 years in this hospital.Results： Have randomly investigated 425 cases, including 327 cases after conservative operation, Except 63 cases of still-single, menopause, pregnancy-controUing after birth, there are 92 cases of pregnancy after operation（34.8%）, 36 cases of recurrence （11.0%）. There are 2 cases of recurrence（7.1%）, 5 eases of Clireaeteric Syndrome（17.9%） in the 28 randomly visited half-conservative operation eases, There are 36 cases of Climacteric Syndrome（51.4%） and zero case of recurrence in the 70 randomly visited radical operation eases.Conclusion： Operative treatment is the effective method for curing endoreetriosis
