Analysis of Paronychia Etiological Factors and Health Guidance

目的:探讨分析甲沟炎的病因,进行针对性的健康指导,提高患者的防护意识。方法:对前来就诊的甲沟炎患者,观察症状,询问病情,收集病因资料。利用病人候诊及治疗的时间进行口头交流指导,发放健康处方、诊前宣传、等进行健康指导。结果:通过对患者的病因分析,健康指导,使患者基本掌握甲沟炎病因知识,提高了患者对该病的正确认识和防护意识。结论:了解甲沟炎的发病特点,去除病因是预防该病发生的关键。

Objective： To investigate and analysis etiological factors of paronyehia so as to give health guidance and increase protection awareness of patients. Methods; Observe symptoms, inquire conditions and collect data of patiens who visited hospital for paronychia, Give patients oral communication and guidance when patients were waiting for doctor or being treated, distribute health prescription and propaganda pre-elinic. Results： Make patients grasp knowledge of etiological factors and increase correct reception and protection awareness of paronychia through analyzing etiological factors and giving health guidance to patients. Conclusion： It is a key point for prevention of paronyehia that understanding character of paronyehia onset and removing ctiological factors.
