摘要
目的:探讨经桡动脉介入治疗冠心病的特点。方法:回顾分析2007年1月～2008年12月经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入性诊断及治疗85例患者的临床资料。结果:85例患者均穿刺成功。术中无并发癌发生,有1例撤除导管时发生右上臂酸痛。结论:经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影和支架植入术具有损伤小、操作简单、止血方便、血管并发症少、患者痛苦小、不需卧床,明显缩短住院时间和减少医疗费用,值得推广。
Objective： To evaluate the characteristics for transradial coronary angioplasty of coronary diseases. Methods： Retrospective analysis in January 2007 - December 2008 clinical data of menstrual transradial coronary interventional diagnosis and treatment in 85 patients. Results： 85 patients were successfully puncture. No intraoperative complications occurred, there is one cases of catheter removal occurred when the fight upper arm pain. Conclusion： The transradial coronary angiography and stent implantation have a little injury, simple operation, easy bleeding, vascular complications, less pain in patients with small, ambulatory, significantly reduced length of stay and reduce medical costs, are worth promoting.
