天胡荽愈肝片治疗乙型黄疸型肝炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tian Hu Shui Yu Gan Tablet(THSYG)in the Treatment of Jaundice Hepatitis B

目的:观察天胡荽愈肝片治疗乙型黄疽型肝炎的疗效及安全性。方法:采用随机对照方法.治疗组用天胡荽愈肝片5.4g/d,分3次口服:对照组用10%门冬氨酸钾镁注射液30mL加入10%葡萄糖500mL静滴,每天1次。疗程4周。结果:两组血清总胆红素(TBIL)和两氨酸转氨酶(ALT)治疗前后均有显著性差异;治疗组与对照组同型比较,治疗4周后总胆红素的值;急性肝炎治疗组为24mmoL/L,对照组为47mmoL/L,P<0.05有显著性差异;慢性肝炎治疗组为25mmoL/L,对照组为45 mmoL/L,P<0.05有显著性差异。治疗4周后丙氨酸转氨酶的值:急性肝炎治疗组为41 u/L,对照组为74u/L,P<0.05有显著性差异;慢性肝炎治疗组为53 u/L,对照组为87 u/L,P<0.05有显著性差异。结论:天胡荽愈肝片在病毒性肝炎的退黄降酶方面疗效显著,且优于门冬氨酸钾镁。

Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of Tian Hu Shui Yu Gan Tablet（THSYG） in the jaundice hepatitis B treatment. Methods： Randomized controlled method were adopted, the treatment group were treated with THSYG 5.4g / d, at 3 times by oral; the control group accepted Intravenous infusion with10% Potassium-magnesium aspartate injection 30mL added with 10% glucose intravenous infusion of 500mL per day. Treatments for 4 weeks.Results： Serum total bilirubin （TBIL） and Almandine aminotransferase （ALT） were notable different before and after treatment. The same types of Biochemical index were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks＇ treatment. The total bilirubin values： the treatment of acute hepatitis Group got 24 mmoL/ L. the control group was 47 mmoL / L, P 〈0.05 showing significant difference; the treatment of chronic hepatitis group got 25mmoL / L. the control group was 45 mmoL/ L. P 〈0.05, significant difference. The value of alanine aminotransferase： Treatment of acute hepatitis group dropped to 41 u / L, the control group was 74u / L, P 〈0.05; significant difference; the treatment of chronic hepatitis group was 53 u i L. the control group of 87 u / L, P 〈0.05 significant difference.Conclusion： Tian Hu Shui Yu Gan Tablet（THSYG） is proved to have more curative effect in treating the virus hepatitis to conquer the enzyme and to diminish the jaundice compared with potassium-magnesium aspartate.
