光学干涉断层成像技术(OCT)在肺动脉疾病中的应用探讨

摘要 目的:探讨光学干涉断层成像技术(Optical Coherence Tomography,OCT)在肺动脉疾病中的应用。方法:报告了首例将OCT应用到肺动脉闭塞患者的病例,并进行了有关文献复习。结果:结合肺动脉的OCT影像特点和临床资料,患者最终诊断为血栓性肺动脉病。结论:OCT作为微创检查,可以显示肺动脉血管壁组织形态学的改变,有助于肺动脉疾病的诊断及指导治疗,具有很大的临床意义,值得在肺动脉疾病中推广应用。 Objective:To explore the role of optical coherence tomography in pulmonary diseases. Methods: We report the first time of optical coherence tomography applied in a patient with pulmonary artery occlusion and reviewed the literature. Results:Combined with characteristics of optical coherence tomography images of the pulmonary artery, and clinical data, patients eventually diagnosed as thrombotic pulmonary disease. Conclusion:As a minimally invasive inspection, optical coherence tomography can detect morphological changes in the pulmonary vessel wall, which contribute to pulmonary' disease and treatment. The application of optical coherence tomography has great clinical significance in pulmonary diseases and worth popularizing,
