摘要
文章介绍了M/M/1队列服务方式优化组合的研究成果。在不增加人员和设备的条件下,通过服务方式的优化组合能明显提高系统的性能。
This thesis has expounded the optindzation and combination for a M/M/1 system. Through the analysis optimization and combination queue system can improve service quality and sys tem efficiency even though there is no increase of manpower and equipment.
