雷公藤多苷对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响

Effects of tripterygium glycosides on cellular immune function of mice

目的研究雷公藤多苷对正常小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法用流式细胞仪及T淋巴细胞增殖试验分别测定雷公藤多苷对正常小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及T淋巴细胞增殖能力的影响。结果与空白对照组比较,雷公藤多苷可显著降低成熟淋巴细胞(CD3+)、T辅助性及T诱导性淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+)百分比以及T淋巴细胞增殖能力,也可显著升高T抑制淋巴细胞亚群(CD8+)百分比。结论雷公藤多苷具有一定的细胞免疫抑制作用。

Objective To study the effects of tripterygium glycosides on cellular immune function of mice. Methods Detection of flow eytometry and the proliferation of T-lymphocyte were employed to evaluate the effects of tripterygium glycosides on the change of T-lymphocyte subpopulation in peripheral blood and the activity of T-lymphocyte. Results Compared with normal control group, tripterygium glycosides significantly decreased the percentage of CD3＋ and CD4＋ and the proliferation of T-lymphocyte. It also significantly increased the percentage of CD8＋. Conclusion Tripterygium glycosides can inhibit to a certain extent the immunological function of mice.
