摘要
介绍了利用多重网格技术求解等温线接触弹流润滑问题的方法及程序实现.在算法上对压力迭代过程进行了简化;提出了弹性变形计算中弹性矩阵与修正矩阵的压缩表示形式,大大地降低了程序所需内存量;在10-13≤U≤10-9,10-6≤W≤10-2的广大参数范围内给出了算法的稳定区域.通过与其它解法及经验公式对比说明了多重网格技术将成为未来弹流理论研究中的主要数值方法之一.
This paper describes an improved multilevel algorithm for isothermal EHL line contact problems and its programming. This improved algorithm simplifies the pressure relaxation scheme and presents compressive expressions of the elastic matrix and correction matrixes concerning elastic deformation calculation which saves the computer storage significantly. Also,the stable region for the solver with 10 -13 U10 -9 ,10 -6 W10 -2 is provided. The calculated results,compared with those of other algorithms,shows that this algorithm is an efficient and robust one and solvers based on multilevel techniques will be the most powerful tool in EHL calculations.
