近代山东巡抚的群体构成探析

Probing and Analyzing the Constitution of Governor General of Shandong Province in Modern Period

从1840-1911年间,被朝廷任命的山东巡抚约32任。通过对近代山东巡抚群体任职的基本状况进行数字统计,暨任职人次、出身、旗汉比例、籍贯、任职背景、到任年龄、在任时间、任职频率与离职原因等的分析,以期揭示山东巡抚群体构成的一般情形及其特点,为今后的人事制度改革提供借鉴。

There were about 32 Governor Generals of Shandong Province during from 1840 to 1911. We have collected some statistics on Governor General of Modern Shandong province; including the number, the class origin, the native place, the background, the age level of their own first assumption of office, and so on. So we can summarize the ordinary circumstances and some characteristics of Governor General of Modern Shandong Province. It may afford us lessons for transfer of personnel in the future.
