摘要
中等师范学校在培养学生师范素质方面独具特色。在我国实施三级师范向二级师范过渡的师范教育结构调整中,高等师范学校既要发挥自身的优势,也要借鉴中等师范教育的成功经验。文章在分析中等师范学校的理念特色、核心特色与实践特色的基础上,总结了中师教育的成功经验对高师教育改革的启示。通过明确师范教育目标、创新师范技能培养模式、强化师范实践活动,为各级各类学校培养具有新教育理念和较强教育教学能力的优秀教师。
Middle normal school has formed special features about teaching skills training. During the period of our country changed 3 normal education levels into 2 ones, the higher normal school should develop its own advantages and take full advantages of middle normal school' s successful experience. It is necessary for the former to clear teaching education aims, create new teaching skill models, and consolidate teaching practical activities to cultivate excellent teachers who have new educational conceptions and strong teaching ability for all kinds of schools.
