小城镇建设中的土地资源集约利用是贯彻科学发展观,建设"两型社会"的具体举措。从小城镇建设中土地资源利用现状出发,分析了小城镇建设中存在的用地问题,并从科学规划、分区管制、积极推进产业集群等方面阐述了小城镇土地集约利用与优化的对策。

Intensive land-use in construction of small towns is an important measurement to implement the scientific development concept and build a ＂two-oriented society＂. Based on the current situation of land resources utilization in the construction of small towns, the article analyzes the land-use prob- lems existing in the construction of small towns, and brings forward the countermeasures and suggestions to use the land of small towns reasonably from different respects, such as scientific planning, zoning regulation and actively promoting industrial clusters, etc.
