摘要
新时期高校学生思想政治工作面临新的机遇和挑战。本文从高校辅导员工作边缘化现象及成因入手,试图探讨解决辅导员工作边缘化问题的有效途径。
In the new period, the ideological and political work of students in colleges is facing new opportunities and challenges. Starting with analysis of marginal phenomenon of college tutors＇ work and its causes, this paper tries to investigate and resolve the marginalization of college tutors＇work in effective methods.
