摘要
从卫星红外遥感图像中识别和提取与构造活动有关的热异常信息,是地震红外遥感监测预警的关键技术。为消除遥感影像中的复杂背景影响以及实现红外异常信息的自动识别与提取,本文提出了一种基于基准场的地震红外异常分析技术(IAARF),其核心是利用已有的多年同期红外遥感资料建立研究区的两个基准场,即异常识别基准场和异常提取基准场。文中设计了异常分析技术流程,提出了异常识别方法和异常定量提取模型。并以1998年张北MS 6.2地震为例,采用1995-1998年的90景NOAA/AVHRR影像进行了应用实验和对比分析,结果表明IAARF技术是有效的,可望用于卫星红外遥感异常的日常监测与分析预警工作中。
To identify and to quantitatively extract the thermal anomaly related to tectonic activities from satellite infrared remote sensing images are key technologies of earthquake infrared remote sensing monitoring and early warning. To reduce the influence of complex backgrounds on infrared images, automatically identify infrared anomaly, and extract infrared anomaly, a new analysis technology, Infrared Anomaly Analysis based on Reference Fields (IAARF), is presented in this paper. Using multi-year synchronous infrared remote sensing images covering the seismic zone, two reference fields respectively for anomaly identification and for anomaly extraction are set up. The analysis procedure of IAARF is designed, and the anomaly identification method and quantitative extraction model are presented in this paper. Taking the 1998 Zhangbei Ms6. 2 earthquake as an example, 90 pages of NOAA/AVHRR images from 1995 to 1998 are applied for IAARF testing and comparison analysis. The results show that IAARF technology is effective, and that IAARF can be applied in routine monitoring and earthquake precaution analysis with infrared remote sensing data.
