针对长沙水资源开发利用现状及存在的问题,分析了其水资源短缺的原因,并提出了有效搞好湘江流域长沙段水资源开发利用的建议和对策。

This paper, based on the status quo and the present problems of the exploration and utilization of water resources in Changsha, analyzes the reasons of the lack of water resources in this region, and meanwhile, raises effective suggestions and countermeasures for the exploration and utilization of the water resources of the Xiangjiang River within the scope of Changsha.
