摘要
对9个非洲菊品种花瓣进行了特征颜色反应和紫外-可见光谱分析.结果表明:非洲菊不同花色品种的花色素由类黄酮、类胡萝卜素和花色素苷三大类组成.黄色花主要含类胡萝卜素和类黄酮;白色花仅含有黄酮类化合物;红色和紫色花主要由花色素苷和黄酮类化合物组成.
The fower color of 9 Gerbera jamesonii cultivars were measured and the specific color reactions and UV-visible spectra of flower pigments were performed. The results indicated that flower pigments of Gerberajamesonii consist of flavonoids, carotenoids and anthocyanins. The pigments of yellow flower consist of flavones and carotenoids; there is only flavones in white color flower: the red and purple flower contain anthocyanins and other flavonoids.
