A Review of Thirty Years' System Construction of College Students Credibility and Its Outlook

改革开放以来,大学生诚信制度历经重建、发展和深化三个阶段,最终形成具有一定规模的制度体系。在30年大学生诚信制度建设的基础上,提出了今后在大学生诚信制度建设的展望:制度领域上完成深度拓展与广度延伸的统一,在制度功能上加快约束与激励的统一,在制度特征上体现国际化与民族化的统一,在制度形态上实现显性与隐性的统一。

Since the Reform and Opening Policy was carried out in 1978, the system of College students＇ credibility has taken shape through the three stages of rebuilding, developing and deepening. On the basis of credibility system construction of thirty years we take outlook on route of credibility system construction： In terms of system area, both the deepening and expanding were achieved. In terms of system function, restriction and encouragement have been enhanced. It is characterized by internationalization and nationality, with both implicit and explicit patterns.
