摘要
随着柴油发动机向低排放、高功率方向发展,活塞承受的热负荷越来越高。为降低活塞的热负荷,现在的柴油发动机大多采用带内冷通道活塞。内冷通道改善了活塞的热负荷分布,但也为预测活塞温度分布带来了难度,采用计算流体力学(CFD)的方法可精确预测出活塞的温度分布。
Because the diesel engine tends to develop along the route of low emission and high power, piston has to bear higher heat load. In order to decrease heat load, the piston with inner cooling gallery is adopted in diesel engines. The application of inner cooling gallery may improve the heat load distribution, on the other hand, it-makes it diffieult to predict piston temperature. The method of CFD can be used to predict piston temperature distribution accurately.
