190系列焦化机组断连杆事故的分析

摘要 焦化煤气发电机组在使用中发生几例断连杆的事故,通过分析和测量,与燃气中硫化氢等杂质成分含量过高有关,导致机油过早变质,引起连杆小头衬套腐蚀,间隙过大,使连杆产生了过大的冲击力,造成了连杆小头的强度降低,导致连杆断裂。根据这个分析,采取了几项措施,以避免事故的发生。 Connecting rods in the coking gas generator sets are broken for a few times. The results after analysis and measurement show that the severe failure is resulted from the high HS content of the coking gas fuel. It causes oil deterioration, corrosion of connecting rod bushing in small end and a much large clearance, as consequence, the connecting rod has to suffer strong shock, gradually, holds a lower strength in its small end and so the connecting rod get broken early. Some measures are proposed after the analysis to prevent against its failure.
