利用活体微生物农药防治铁皮石斛黑斑病研究 被引量:4

摘要 为利用活体微生物控制铁皮石斛生长过程中出现的黑斑病,采用测量抑菌圈的方法,通过从铁皮石斛土壤中筛选到的15种抑制菌,对显著抑制石斛黑斑病原菌的拮抗微生物进行了优选,并研究其单一发酵液和复合发酵液对石斛黑斑病菌的抑制作用。结果表明:筛选出的细菌进行单一发酵液试验,细菌B6、B8和B10有较强的抑菌能力;进一步将单一发酵液两两复合后发现,部分复合发酵液出现了明显的增效作用,其中抑菌能力最高及增效作用最强的是细菌B6和B8浓度为10.0mg/mL的复合发酵液,抑菌圈直径达到了32.4mm,该方法简便,费用低,实验周期较短,现象容易观察,适合小型的实验室研究。 In order to use microbial pesticide to control black spot disease in growth of Dendrobium candidum,using the method of measuring inhibition zone,15 kinds inhibited bacteria were screened from Dendrobium soil,and the significantly inhibited antagonistic Dendrobium spots microbial pathogens were optimized and the single and composite fermentation broth used on the inhibition of Dendrobium Alternaria were studied.The results showed the selection of bacteria from fermentation broth to a single test,bacteria B6, Bs and B10 had a stronger inhibitory capacity,then further fermentation broth to two single compounded test and found some composites had a clear broth synergies inhibitory capacity in which the highest and most powerful synergy B6 and B8 bacterial concentration of 10 mg/mL of the composite fermentation fluid,inhibition zone diameter of 32mm. The method is simple,low-cost,relatively short experimental cycle,and the phenomenon of is easy observed for small-scale laboratory research.
