巨细胞病毒性肝炎患儿血清中超氧化物岐化酶的研究 被引量:1

摘要 超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)根据分子中所含金属辅酶离子的不同分成三种同功酶:Cu,Zn-SOD,Mn-SOD和Fe-SOD。在人体中仅存在着前两种,是体内清除氧自由基、防止氧自由基损伤的主要酶类。本文研究了巨细胞病毒性肝炎患儿血清中SOD的活性变化。 38 blood samples from the patients with cytomeglovirus hepatitis (CMVH) and 40 blood samples from the normal controls (aged O-1 year)were dynamicly measured for their superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities using chemilumine-scence immunoassay(CLIA).Total SOD, Mn-SOD and Cu, Zn-SOD activities for the normal controls were 188.34±101.84,32.44±19.80 and 89.44±62.67 U/ml, respectively. SOD activities were significantly increased in the acute phase and decreased inthe restoration phase for the 38 children with CMVH. In this paper, we also discussed the sensitivities of SOD to reflect the liver damages by CMVH and the possibilities of SOD to be an index of liver damages.
