MRI新技术在PVL患儿脑性视觉损伤中的应用

New Technologies of MRI in the Assessment of Cortical Visual Impairment in Children with Periventricular Leukomalacia

摘要 MRI新技术的发展为神经系统疾病的诊断提供了新方法,其中BOLD-fMRI和DTI可以分别对皮质功能及白质纤维结构进行研究,本文旨在介绍BOLD-fMRI和DTI在脑室旁白质软化症患儿脑性视觉损伤早期诊断方面的应用价值和意义。 The development of MRI new technologies provides a new method for the diagnosis of diseases in nervous system.BOLD-fMRI and DTI can be used in the cortical function and white matter fiber structure research.This article aims to introduce the BOLD-fMRI and DTI in the assessment of cortical visual impairment in the children with periventricular leukomalacia.
