摘要 双源CT血管造影是一种最新的非创伤性的头颈部血管病变诊断方法。对于儿童患者来说,辐射剂量和图像质量达到一种合理的平衡,可以有助于拓展其临床应用。本综述旨在介绍双源CTA技术以及儿童常见头颈部血管病变的CTA表现。 Dual-source CT angiography is a state-of-the-art noninvasive diagnostic modality which has a rather significant clinical value in the diagnosis of cephalic and cervical vascular disease.For the pediatric patients,radiation dose and image quality should achieve a reasonable balance which could extend the use of CTA in routine clinical application.The DSCTA technique and CTA image features of the common cranio-cervical vascular diseases in children are herein reviewed.
