摘要
腔静脉的胚胎发育过程复杂,可出现多种类型的先天性畸形,大多数病人虽无临床症状,但经常会引起影像学误诊,腔静脉先天性畸形者还常伴有其他疾病,腔静脉畸形可造成手术治疗中的不便。本文介绍我们使用磁共振成像和多层螺旋CT做先天性腔静脉畸形诊断的初步经验,并推荐应用磁共振成像和多层螺旋CT做腔静脉畸形诊断。
Due to the complexity of the embryology of the superior and inferior vena cava, anomalies in their development appear with a relative frequency. Mthough the majority of these anomalies are non- symptomatic, their imaging diagnosis is important due to the problems that may arise from their erroneous interpretation. Furthermore, the diagnosis of malformations of the vena cava is of interest due to the fre- quent association with other cardiac and abdominal anomalies. The malformations of the vena cava may in- crease the difficulty of surgery. We report our preliminary experience with MRI and CT in vena cava eval- uation and suggest that diagnosis of vena cava anomalies can be provided by MRI and CT in most patients.
