摘要
朗格汉斯细组织细胞增多症临床较少见,好发于小儿,骨骼系统最常受累,影像表现较为多样,本文主要介绍儿童骨骼系统朗格汉斯细组织细胞增多症的影像表现,包括常规的X线诊断、多层CT和三维重建的诊断价值以及磁共振成像表现。
The morbidity of langerhans cell histiocytosis（LCH）is low in clinic and occurs predominantly in children,bone is mostly affected and it imaging features are various.This article described the imaging appearance of osseous LCH including X-ray,MDCT and 3-D reconstruction manifestation and MRI features.
