摘要 儿童肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄致肾积水是临床常见病,本文旨在介绍不同肾积水动物模型的建立,研究其病理生理发展过程,应用不同的影像学检查方法与技术可观察积水肾脏的大体形态变化以及对肾功能进行评估。 Ureteropelvic junction obstructive hydronephrosis is common in children.This article describes the different animal models of ureteropelvic junction obstruction which can be used to study the development of the pathophysiology of hydronephrosis.The morphology of the obstructive kidney and the change of renal function in models were evaluated with different imaging techniques.
