摘要 目的:探讨脆性组氨酸三聚体基因(FHIT)和错配修复基因hMLH1、hMSH2在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其相互关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测69例口腔鳞状细胞癌和40例正常口腔黏膜组织中FHIT和hMLH1、hMSH2的表达情况。资料的统计学处理用SPSS软件完成,比较用卡方检验。结果:口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中FHIT、hMLH1和hMSH2的阳性表达率(46.4%,47.8%,55.1%)低于正常口腔黏膜组织(77.5%,77.5%,80.0%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:FHIT、hMLH1和hMSH2可能在口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用。 Objective:To study the expressions of fragile histidine triad(FHIT) gene and mismatch repair gene hMLH1 and hMSH2 in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to investigate the expressions of FHIT,hMLH1 and hMSH2 in 69 OSCC and 40 normal oral mucosa.The data was analyzed by Chi-square test.Results:Positive expression rates of FHIT and hMLH1,hMSH2 in OSCC(46.4%,47.8% and 55.1% respectively) were lower than those in normal oral mucosa(77.5%,77.5% and 80.0% respectively).The differences between OSCC and normal oral mucosa were statistically significant(P〈0.05),and the correlation between FHIT,hMLH1 and hMSH2 was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:FHIT,hMLH1 and hMSH2 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of OSCC.
