摘要
目的:研究春砂仁提取液对清醒、空腹状态下人体表胃电和麻醉大鼠浆膜胃电的影响。方法:用胃肠电检测系统记录人体表胃电和大鼠浆膜胃电。结果:春砂仁提取液显著升高人体表胃电和麻醉大鼠浆膜胃电慢波幅度(n=20,P<0.01),不影响胃电频率。结论:人体表胃电能客观反映胃的电活动,春砂仁提取液可以升高胃电慢波的幅度,而不影响其频率。
Objective： To study the effect of extract solution of Amomum Villosum Lour （ESOA） on cutaneous electrogastrogram in human （EGG） and serosal electric activity in anesthetized rat stomach. Methods： The human EGG and rat stomach serosal electric activity were recorded by EGCOG -2B system of gastrointestinal electrical activity. Results ： The ESOA raised amplitude of slow waves of EGG and serosal electric activity in anesthetized rat stomach （n = 20, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The EGG can show gastric electric activity, and ESOA can raise amplitude of gastric electric activity slow waves without affecting the frequency.
