自发性硬脊膜外血肿的诊治及预后分析 被引量：2

摘要 自发性硬脊膜外血肿（spontaneous spinal epidural hematoma，SSEH）是一种罕见的疾病。其临床症状多为急性发作，进行性加重，若不能正确及时处理将导致永久性的脊髓功能障碍。本文总结我院2002年2月至2009年1月治疗的11例患者的临床资料，分析SSEH的临床特点及预后相关因素。
