8例心室电风暴患者的救治 被引量：1

摘要 心室电风暴是由于心室电活动极度不稳定所导致的最危重的恶性心律失常。是指24h内自发两次或两次以上的伴血流动力学不稳定的室性心动过速（简称室速）和／或心室颤动（简称室颤），间隔窦性心律，通常需要电转复和电除颤紧急治疗的临床症候群。是心源性猝死的主要机制。由于病情变化迅速，来势凶险，所以死亡率高。
