多曲方丝弓技术矫治骨性安氏Ⅲ类错的临床研究 被引量:7

A clinical study on MEAW treatment in skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion

摘要 目的:运用MEAW技术矫治骨性安氏Ⅲ类错,探索骨性安氏Ⅲ类错非手术矫治方法。方法:选择恒牙期骨性安氏Ⅲ类错10例,男4例,女6例,年龄13~22岁,平均16.5岁。用多曲方丝弓技术矫治,矫治结束时至前牙反解除,尖牙磨牙为中性关系。治疗前后拍摄头颅侧位定位片,进行X线头影测量分析。结果:矫治后上前牙唇倾度加大,上后牙近中移动,下前牙代偿性舌向移动,下后牙远中直立。平面变平,颌骨变化较小。结论:多曲方丝弓矫治技术可以通过牙的三维移动矫治骨性前牙反,拓宽了正畸矫治范围。 Objective: To study the mechanism of MEAW technique in skeletal class Ⅲ treatment and to explore a non-operative treatment method on skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion.Method: Ten skeletal class Ⅲ patients (4 male, 6 fe- male) with permenent dentision are included, whose average age is 16.5 (range from 13 to 22).Anterior cross bite was re- solved and class I molar and canine relationship were establish with MEAW technique in all the patients.Cephlemeties were taken and studied before and after treatment. Result: Labial tipping of upper anterior teeth, mesial movement of upper posterior teeth, lingual compromised tipping of lower anterior teeth and distal tippting of lower posterior teeth were observed with little skeletal chang. And ocelusual plane became flat. Conclusion: MEAW technique is an effective method in skeletal class Ⅲ treatment which can be carried out at various medical institutions.
