摘要
目的:探讨下颌第二磨牙牙根形态的规律及意义。方法:收集临床拔除的下颌第二磨牙100个,将其分型、记数和统计分析。结果:下颌第二磨牙牙根分三型,二根占52%、三根占5%、融合根占43%,其中融合根可进一步划分为"完全"融合和"不完全"融合两种类型。结论:牙根形态的多样性与人类的饮食进化有关,根形态涉及到拔牙和根管治疗时寻觅根管等临床操作。
Objective： To research regularity and significance on the root shape of mandibular second molars. Method： 100 mandibular second molars were collected and classified and counted according to dental root-shapes. Result： The mandibular second molars were divided into three types---double roots,three roots and fused-root. There are double roots 52 %, three roots 5 % and fused-root 41% in the specimen. The fused-root was distinguished heperfusion and hepo- fusion additionally. Conclusion：Dental root outline concerned that teeth is removed and canals is cured. Diversified root forms relate to human being evolution.
