氯沙坦对高糖诱导NRK-52E细胞甲状旁腺素相关肽及其受体1表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 甲状旁腺素相关肽(PTHrP)及其相关受体甲状旁腺激素受体1(PTH1R)在近年来被发现参与了肾小球及肾间质纤维增殖进程。我们观察大鼠肾小管上皮细胞株NRK-52E中PTHrP及PTH1R在高糖状态下的表达情况,并探讨氯沙坦对其影响。
