固醇调节元件结合蛋白1对糖尿病大鼠肾小管上皮细胞转化生长因子β1和纤连蛋白表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 肾小球硬化和肾小管间质纤维化是糖尿病肾病的重要病理特征。转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)可通过多种信号转导途径介导细胞外基质的沉积而引起纤维化。
