摘要
目的:研究正畸作用力下不锈钢微种植支抗和钛合金微种植支抗与骨组织的结合形式和各自稳定性。方法:在实验犬右侧上、下颌尖牙的近中远中颌骨植入钛合金微种植体4个,同时在对侧相同部位植入不锈钢微种植体4个。1周后负载约150 g连续水平力,持续8周后取材,进行荧光染色和亚甲基蓝染色观察,同时测量相互受力的微种植体支抗加力前后的距离变化。结果:不锈钢微螺钉支抗种植体和钛合金微螺钉支抗种植体骨结合率分别为21.55%、28.07%。在正畸力作用下,两者的平均位移量分别为1.2、0.5 mm。结论:不锈钢、钛合金微螺钉种植体均能提供比较稳定的支抗作用。
AIM:To observe the integration of the bone implant contacted and to evaluate the stability of stainless steel mini - screw and titanium mini - screw as orthodontics anchorage. METHODS : Four titanium mini - screws were inserted the into mesiodistal side of canine on the right side in both maxillary and mandible. Four stainless steel mini - screws were inserted in the same position on the counter side. After one week, a force of 150g was activated by nickel - titanium coil springs for eight weeks. Eight weeks after the force applied, polyfluorochrome staining and methylene blue staining were observed. The distance of reciprocally forced mini - screws were measured at the beginning and the end of loading. RESULTS : The bone - implant contaction of stainless steel and titanium mini - screws was 21.55% and 28.07% respectively. The mean displacement was 1.2mm for the stainless steel mini - screws and 0.5mm for the titanium mini - screws. CONCLUSION: Both the stainless steel mini - screws and titanium mini - screws could provide enough anchorage control. Under the same diameter and length, titanium alloy mini - screw could be more stable than the stainless steel screw.
