摘要 目的:分析闭合性眼外伤后行超声生物显微镜(UBM)检查的常见原因及眼前节损害的UBM表现。方法:回顾性分析2005年~2008年间因机械性眼外伤而行UBM的病例。所有病例均按Ocular Trauma Classification Group分类并对其UBM表现进行分析。结果:行UBM检查的病因包括:眼压异常的原因37眼(43.0%),屈光间质混浊时评估眼前节情况30眼(34.9%),外伤性白内障术前评估悬韧带完整性15眼(17.4%)及探查球内异物4眼(4.7%)。这些闭合性损伤中最常见的UBM表现是前房积血(45眼占52.3%);前部脉络膜脱离(34.9%),睫状体分离(29.1%),悬韧带断裂(17.4%),房角后退(8.1%)等。结论:UBM检查为闭合性眼外伤眼前节损害的诊断和治疗提供准确的资料,有着极高的应用价值。 Objective:To investigate the common causes and changes of ocular anterior segment structure using ultrasound biomicroscope(UBM) in closed ocular injury.Methods:This is a retrospective study of the records of all consecutive closed ocular injury patients evaluated by UBM by our hospital from 2005 to 2008.Ocular injuries were classified according to Ocular Trauma Classification Group and the UBM scanning photography were studied.Results:The causes for performing UBM included the following:37 eyes(43.0%) of abnormal intraocular pressure, evaluation of anteriror segment in 30 eyes (34.9 % ) with opaque media, evaluation the integrity of suspensory ligment in 15 eyes (17.4%) as well as intraocular foreign bodies in 4 eyes (4.7 % ). The common findings of UBM were anterier chamber bleeding (45 eyes, 52.3%), anterior choroidal detachment (34.9%), eyclodlalysis (29.1%), rupture of suspensory ligment of lens (17.4%) and angle recession (8.1% ). Conclusion: UBM could supply precise evaluation on anterior segment in ocualr nonpefforating injury and is a effective method in diagnosis.
