摘要
目的研究毛囊单位(FUs)移植物因受力部位的不同对其组织形态和毛干生长长度的影响。方法将人头皮毛囊在显微镜下分离,选取含有单根毛干的生长期FUs,随机分为A、B、C三组,A和B组分别用显微镊子在人为控制条件下夹持其毛乳头和隆突部,C组为不做任何处理的对照组,从三组中分别挑选部分FUs行HE染色,光镜下检测其组织学变化;剩余部分行器官培养10d。通过倒置显微镜观察FUs的形态学变化,目镜测微器测量毛干生长长度。结果A、B、C三组中FUs的组织形态变化没有明显差异,但是毛干平均生长长度分别为(1.293±0.245)、(2.116±0.423)和(2.235±0.379)mm,A与B组和A与C间差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.05),B与C组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在毛发移植过程中要避免手术器械对毛乳头的损伤。
Objective To study the shaft elongation and morphological changes of follicle-unit (FUs) grafts subjected to controlled injury in different parts. Methods Human FUs were isolated by microdissection under a dissecting microscope. The single hair ofanagen FUs were randomly divided into A, B and C groups, and A and B groups were subjected to controlled injury with microsurgery imposed to the dermal papilla and the bulge of FUs, respectively, with C as the control group without any treatment. HE staining was used to detect the histological changes of the cells, and organ culture for 10 days was conducted to observe the morphological changes and elongation of FUs. Results There were no histological or morphological changes in A, B and C groups. The average elongation of hair shaft was 1.293±0.245, 2.116±0.423 and 2.235±0.379 mm, respectively. There were significant differences between groups A and B (P〈0.05) and between groups A and C (P〈0.05). No significant difference was found between groups B and C (P〉0.05). Conclusion Damage of the dermal papilla should be avoided in hair transplantation surgery.
