腋皱襞小切口手术治疗腋臭

The treatment of osmidroris with mini-incision through axillary furrow

目的探讨一种损伤小、效果好的腋皱襞小切口去除大汗腺等组织治疗腋臭的手术方法.方法自1997年7月至2008年12月，对226例腋臭患者行手术治疗。剃除腋毛，标记腋毛区范围，于腋毛区中央行与腋皱襞平行的小切口，长2．5～3．0cm，将组织剪紧贴真皮以剪除淡黄色颗粒和脂肪颗粒。结果226例患者的切口均I期愈合，未出现血运障碍等并发症。术后经6个月至10年的随访，所有患者的腋臭无复发，切口隐蔽，瘢痕不显现。结论腋皱襞小切口手术治疗腋臭，其方法损伤小，且术后瘢痕轻微．不易复发，是去除腋臭较好的手术方法.

Objective To investigate a safe and effective treatment on osmidrusis with mini-incision through axillary Furrow to remove apocrine glands . Methods From July 1997 to Deeemenber 2008, 226 patients with osmidroris had been treated by excision of apocrine glands. The removal and mark of axillaly hairs were performed first, and then the apoerine glands and adipose were removed away through the 2.5 - 3.0 cm long mini-incision on the central of axillary hair area which paralleled the axillary furrow. Results After 6 months to 10 years following up, all patients were cured primarily without any complications such as skin necrosis and scar contracture. The patients were satisfied with concealed incision, aesthetic contour and functional blood flow. Conclusion It is an effective method for radical cure of osmidroris with slight scars and non recurrence.
