Shanghai Buildings Remodeled in Old District and the Metropolitan Historical Discourse Context

以上海上世纪晚期以来都市巨构化和高层化为背景,旧区改造为主线,结合里弄、外滩、旧工业区等典型案例,探讨历史空间的再生问题,分析旧改中商业价值与历史价值的矛盾与化解途径,并对上海建筑演进中的都市历史语境进行了讨论。

With the background of the trend of mega-structure and high rise of Shanghai in the late 20th century,and taking the remodeling of the old urban district,lane,bund and old industrial area as typical cases,this article makes analysis of the rejuvenation of historical space,the way to resolve the contradiction between commercial value and historic value in old district remodeled as well as the metropolitan historical discourse context evolved in Shanghai architecture.
