摘要
介绍了由清华大学与北京市规划委员会合作开展的"北京乡村的可持续规划设计"项目。规划设计通过对顺义区的远郊乡村案例进行持续的追踪研究,以实地勘察、逐户访谈以及宅基地空间信息数据库为基础,从土地利用管控、道路交通与基础设施改善、环境整治、节能省地农宅试点等方面完成规划设计编制,并进行下村讲解与公共参与。
This paper gives introduction to the project of ＂Sustainable Planning and Design for Suburban Village of Beijing＂, which is led by Tsinghua University with Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Plan cooperated. Based upon tracking study on case of Shunyi outskirt village, field survey, household investigation and the spatial information database of the house site, this planning is worked out around energy-efficient, land saving, management of land use, improvement of road traffic, basic facilities, environment and rural house experiment, etc. All these have been explained to villagers through public participation.
