摘要
本文研究了丙酸睾丸酮(T)、黄体酮(P)和苯甲酸雌二醇(E2)对雄性小白鼠学习记忆及皮层、海马中GABAA受体亲和力的影响。结果表明,T降低皮层、海马中GABAA受体亲和力,但不影响学习记忆能力。P对两者GABAA受体亲和力无影响,E2降低了皮层GABAA受体亲和力而不影响海马GABAA受体亲和力。P和E2可损害学习记忆能力。这为性激素对学习记忆功能的药理学效应及其在脑中的作用机制提供了一些有价值的参考资料。
The paper studied the effects of testosterone(T), progesterone(P) and estradiol(E2) on memory and GABAA receptor affinity in cerebral cortex and hippocampus of male mice by using AMG-2 type Y maze and radio-receptor binding assay. The results showed that intramuscular injection (im) of T did not change response number (RN) and error number (EN) during learning and review, but decreased the affinity of GABAA receptors (P<0001 or P<005). P im increased RN and EN in learning, but did not change the affinity of GABAA receptor, E2 im increased RN and EN (P<001) in learning and RN(P<005) and EN(P<005) in review. It decreased the affinity of GABAA receptors in cerebral cortex, but not that of hippocampus. These results suggested that the impairment of P and E 2 on memory have no relation to the affinity of GABAA receptors for GABA.
