变应性肉芽肿性血管炎研究新进展 被引量：4

摘要 变应性肉芽肿性血管炎是一种以支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）、血管外坏死性肉芽肿、外周血嗜酸粒细胞增多和组织嗜酸粒细胞浸润为特征的系统性小血管炎，1951年由Churg和Strauss首先报道，故称之为Churg—Strauss综合征，即CSS。该病临床少见，国外报道其发病率为2．2—6．8／百万，在哮喘患者中，CSS的发病率为0～67／百万，平均发病率为34．6／百万，我国尚无该病的流行病学资料。
