摘要
在现代物业管理中引入ComGIS技术，可使得GIS真正从一种专家工具转变为大众化的信息获取技术。对基于ComGIS的社区物业管理地理系统进行了体系结构的设计分析及功能模块设计，并且利用ArcGISEngine开发了社区综合物业GIS系统，取得了良好的效果。实践证明，将ComGIS应用于现代物业管理中是可行的，并且将成为小区信息化和智能化发展的新方向。
Introducing ComGIS technology to contemporary property management enables GIS to accomplish the transformation from expert tools into capture information technology for the public. Based on the Property Management of ComGIS Technology, the system structure and function modules have been designed and analyzed in this theme. There are significant effects through utilization of ArcGIS Engine for Comprehensive integrated Property Management System. It has been demonstrated that applying ComGIS into today＇s property management is feasible during daily practices. And this will become the new directions for the development of information and intelligence based community.
