内含子对真核生物基因表达的影响
摘要
随着基因组测序时代的到来,基因组序列的研究越来越受到重视。然而,人们对基因间序列特别是内含子的研究还处于起步阶段,对其功能的了解远少于对编码序列的了解。因此本文就内含子对真核生物基因表达的影响进行综述。
