全膝关节置换术后应用鹿瓜多肽的临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 临床上施行全膝关节置换术（TKA）的病例数逐年增加，术后的肢体肿胀以及关节疼痛使得患者早期康复受阻，功能恢复不满意。自2007年2月～2008年9月，笔者选择行TKA手术的患者40例．其中应用鹿瓜多肽注射液预防、治疗术后肢体肿胀及关节疼痛20例．与另20例未用药的患者对照，取得了一定的疗效。现报告如下。
