自拟活血抗荨方治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

目的观察自拟活血抗荨方治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法58例患者随机分为两组,治疗组(30例)采用自拟活血抗荨方治疗,1剂/d。对照组(28例)每日口服盐酸左西替利嗪1片。治疗第4、8、12周评估疗效,记录不良反应。结果治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,相比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗结束后无不良反应发生。结论自拟活血抗荨方治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好,安全可靠。

Objective To study the curative effect of treatment to chronic urticaria by self-made Huox- ue Kangxunfang. Methods 58 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （30cases） was treated with self-made Huoxue Kangxunfang, 1 dose daily and the control group（28cases） was taken orally one tablet of Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride each day. Curative effect and adverse reactions were observed and recorded 4,8,12 weeks after cure respectively. Results The efficacy in the treatment group was superior to the control group, compared to have significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05 ） , no adverse reactions. Conclusion The selfmade Huoxue Kangxunfang is effective, safe and reliable in treatment of chronic urticaria.
