冠心病介入治疗术50例心理特征及护理干预

目的探讨护理干预对实施冠心病介入治疗术患者的必要性。方法回顾性分析本院近年来收治的50例行冠心病介入治疗术的患者临床资料。结果术后经过护理干预,患者的焦虑情绪得到很大程度的缓解,与术前比较,有显著性差异,由此可见,护理干预对冠心病介入治疗术患者的心理状态有很大的改善作用。结论护理干预对实施冠心病介入治疗术的患者是十分必要的,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the Necessity of Nursing intervention in the CHD under percutaneous intervention. Methods The review analyzesS0 routine coronary diseases which my courtyard admitted in recent years to involve iatrotechnics the patient clinical material. Results After the technique, undergoes the nursing intervention, patient＇s anxious mood obtains the very great degree alleviation, compares before the technique, has the significance difference, thus it can be seen, nursing intervenes to coronary disease involves iatrotechnics patient＇ s psychology to have the very big improvement function. Conclusion Nursing intervention to implements the patient who coronary disease involves iatrotechnics is very essential ,is worth the clinical promoted application.
