护理人员权益保障因素与职业主观评价的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析护理人员权益保障因素与护理职业主观评价的相关性,为医疗机构提高护理人员对职业的主观评价提供参考。方法自行设计护理人员权益状况调查问卷对169名护理人员进行调查。结果护理人员对职业主观评价"很好"、"较好"者42名(24.85%);权益保障现状除"女性特殊权益"外,其他3个维度"较差"的人数均超过50%;权益保障4个维度中"人身安全和职业健康"、"工作时间和休假权益"与护理人员对自身职业主观评价呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论护理人员权益保障水平和其对自身的职业主观评价较低,权益的保障措施和实施制度与职业主观评价相关性较强。管理者应重视权益保障因素对护理人员职业主观评价的影响,尽力保障护理人员的权益,提升护理人员对职业的主观评价。 Objective To analyze the relationship between safeguarding the rights of nurses and subjective evaluation of their profession, and to provide information for hospital administrators to increase nursing staff's subjective evaluation of nursing profession. Methods A total of 169 nurses were investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire in terms of their rights. Results A total of 42 nurses (24.85%) spoke highly of nursing profession; except for special rights of female, over 50% of the nurses believed their rights were poorly safeguarded. Such 2 items as physical safety and occupational health, and the right to work, rest and vacation, were positively correlated with the level of their subjective evaluation of nursing profession (P〈 0.01 for both). Conclusion Nurses' rights are not well safeguarded, and their subjective evaluation of nursing profession is relatively low. The measures of safeguarding their rights are closely correlated with their subieetive evaluation of nursing profession. The hospital administrators should take measures to protect nurses' rights and promote their subject evaluation of nursing profession.
