摘要
目的探讨硫酸镁联合山莨菪碱低温湿敷减轻输注阿奇霉素所致疼痛和静脉炎的效果。方法将输注阿奇霉素引起局部疼痛住院患儿120例随机均分为A、B、C三组各40例,于输注阿奇霉素前5~10min,A组采用0℃湿纱布、B组采用18~22℃2%利多卡因纱布、C组采用0℃30%硫酸镁加2%山莨菪碱纱布,沿患儿血管走向在穿刺点上方3~5cm近心端处湿敷,直至阿奇霉素输注完毕。结果C组镇痛效果显著优于A、B组(均P<0.0125),静脉炎严重程度最低(P<0.01)。结论硫酸镁联合山莨菪碱低温湿敷可减轻输注阿奇霉素引起患儿局部疼痛,减轻静脉炎严重程度。
Objective To explore the effect of cold compression with magnesium sulfate and anisodamine in relieving the local pain and phlebitis induced by azithromycin infusion in children. Methods A total of 120 children who complained of Azithromycin induced local pain were equally divided into group A, B and C at random. Before reinfusion of azithromycin, in group A, a piece of 0℃ wet gauze was applied at 3~5 cm above the puncture site; in group B, a piece of 18~22℃ gauze saturated with lidocaine was applied; in group C, a piece of 0℃ gauze saturated with 30% magnesium sulfate and 2% anisodamine was utilized. All the compression persisted until the infusion ended. Results Of the 3 groups, group C had the best pain-relieving effect and the least degree of phlebitis (P〈0. 0125, P〈0.01). Conclusion Cold compression with magnesium sulfate and anisodamine helps relieve local pain and lessen the severity of phlebitis.
