国内质性研究的护理文献分析

Literature Review of Domestic Nursing Qualitative Research

目的分析国内有关质性研究的护理文献的相关情况。方法检索截至2008年12月的CNKI、万方和维普3个数据库医药卫生期刊中有关质性研究的护理文献,并运用文献计量法和内容分析法对检索结果进行分析。结果共纳入2003～2008年文献134篇,主要收录于17种护理专业期刊(125篇,93.28%)。调查对象主要为患者(52篇,38.81%)和护士(36篇,26.86%),研究内容主要为临床护理(77篇,57.46%)。127篇(94.78%)文献单独使用质性研究方法,资料收集方法以访谈为主(108篇,80.60%),资料分析方法以自行实施为主(67篇,50.00%)。结论国内的护理质性研究开始受到重视,但存在质性研究应用较少、质性研究方法单一、质性与量性联合研究不足、质性研究的严谨性有待提高等问题,需进一步探索和实践。

Objective To analyze literature of nursing qualitative research in China. Methods Papers on nursing qualitative research, which was updated to December of 2008 in China, were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang database and VIP database. These papers were then analyzed with methods of bibliometrics and content analysis. Results A total of 134 papers published during 2003-2008 were retrieved, of which, 125 papers were primarily published in 17 nursing journals, accounting for 93.28 %. The main investiga- ted subjects were patients （52 papers, 38.81%） and nurses （36 papers, 26.86%）. Of the 134 papers, 77 papers focused on clinical nursing, accounting for 57. 46%; 127 papers used qualitative research methods singly, accounting for 94. 78%. Data were mainly collected through interviews in 108 papers （80.60%）, and the data were analyzed by the researchers alone in 67 papers （50.00 %）. Conclusion Nursing qualitative research has drawn attention in China and is faced with such problems as poor application, simplistic research method, inadequate combination of quantitative research, and low preciseness, which call for further exploration and practice.
